Program name: vimage

OS: Runs on both LINUX and Solaris systems

Usage: The View Image (vimage) program is for displaying SMIS *.sur or Siemens *.ima images on the computer screen.

Syntax: The syntax for running the program is as follows:

$ vimage < image filename>

Features:

• Automatically detects the image format.
• If the display window is resized by the user, the program automatically resizes the image to fit the display window.
