We currently have two sets of documents here, sequence development forms and SMIS pulse programming documentation:
Two downloadable forms for sequence development on the SMIS 3T and Siemens 1.5T systems. Every sequence that is not standard (did not come with the system) and is intended for human research must be approved by a PRC technical subcommittee before it can be used. The review process requires sequence documentation. Please see the forms below for details. Should you have any questions, please contact Dr. Craig Branch who is in charge of the review process.

All the documents below are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission. They are for your viewing (and programming) pleasure only. Of course, even if you read and learn all the information here, it still does not mean that you can go ahead, write or modify a pulse program, and try it out on our system. Unless you were certified and assigned a special sequence development protocol number by the CABI director, this is strictly forbidden!
