renamevision- Renames Siemens Vision *.ima image files, so as to insert leading zeros before the series # and image # fields. E.g., an image file 310-12-5.ima is renamed 310-00012-00005.ima (Linux).
fpd- For a given set of input unit vector fields, this program computes the first principal direction at each voxel. See program documentation for more details. (SUSE Linux 9.3).
applymask- Applies a mask specified by the -m option to the input images. The output images are named by prefixing the letter "b" to the input image names. Usage: applymask -m mask.hdr image1.hdr image2.hdr ...
